Gold from iraq?

The conspiracy theory is still circulating, stating that the United States stole Iraqi gold and oil, specifically $20 TRILLION in gold and $30 TRILLION in oil. Even with the price of gold much higher, it would take an additional 90 years of gold mining before the entire world had $20 trillion worth of gold for the United States to steal it. All those photos of American soldiers holding Iraqi gold bars are genuine, but they only show them taking pictures with the gold they seized in Iraq. These publications and articles are often supported by images of US soldiers posing with Iraqi gold bars and an Al Jazeera news report.
